Franklin Askin is the founder of Askin Law Firm and real estate closing attorney licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina. He is a third-generation attorney continuing his family’s tradition of legal practice and is dedicated to assisting clients with every aspect of their real estate transactions—from contract review to meeting at the closing table.

Franklin is a native of Augusta Georgia, graduating from Lakeside High School before attending Georgia Southern University for his undergraduate studies. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the Charleston School of Law.

Outside of his professional work, Franklin enjoys spending time fishing, playing golf, and being outdoors with his lab, Banks. He treasures time with his family and especially enjoys his role as an uncle to his three nieces. He approaches his legal practice with the same commitment and attentiveness he shows in his personal life, consistently aiming to deliver outstanding service to his clients and community.
