Franklin Askin is the founder and lead attorney at Askin Law Firm, where he specializes in real estate law. A third-generation attorney, Franklin is proud to continue his family’s tradition of legal practice. He is licensed to practice in both Georgia and South Carolina, and is dedicated to assisting clients with every aspect of their real estate transactions—from contract review to closing.

A native of Augusta, Georgia, Franklin graduated from Lakeside High School before attending Georgia Southern University for his undergraduate studies. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the Charleston School of Law. With a strong foundation in both his formal education and his family’s legal background, Franklin provides clients with thoughtful, clear, and practical legal advice tailored to their needs.

Outside of his professional work, Franklin enjoys spending time fishing, playing golf, and being outdoors with his lab, Banks. He brings the same dedication and care to his personal life as he does to his legal practice, always striving to provide exceptional service to his clients.
